SHIPPING POLICY:

Pilot Cigar will ship all orders within 48hours of receiving your payment. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the next business day. We offer free shipping (excluding sample cigars).

Pilotcigar.com is not responsible if a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrect input address. We have no control over addresses typed on the checkout pages. Please make sure you typed in the correct address.

At this time we do not offer shipping to AFO/FPO destinations and we do not accept international orders.

Pilot Cigar will send an email confirmation upon shipment and delivery, that includes tracking and order information.

Sometimes severe weather conditions could affect UPS and USPS Freight operations in parts of the United States. We cannot take responsibility for carrier delays or weather conditions that may cause shipments to be delivered late.

DELIVERY POLICY:

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS at the discretion of Pilot Cigar. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your product and location. Transit times can vary based on location, but on average range between 3-5 business days. Your satisfaction is guaranteed of the freshness of the products. We always do our best to package and ship products as soon as we can. Sometimes delays can occur for a number of reasons, including order volume and availability. PRIVACY POLICY:

All the orders processed through secure socket layer (SSL) encryption, to ensure our online order processing fully secured and safe all the credit card transactions. As part of the buying and selling process, we collect personal information such as your name, address and email address. We never share or sell any information of our customers such as name, address or email. We only use your information to process and ship the order and further to assist you in your future inquiries of previously shipped or the status of the shipping.

Address Verification

All billing address information you provide must match up in our address verification system with that of the cardholder. If this does not match, your order may be held until this is resolved or until you provide a matching address.

Credit Card Fraud

We take credit card fraud very seriously. For the protection of card holders and ourselves, orders that appear fraudulent may be held for manual review. If necessary, a representative will call you to verify the order. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable period of time, the order may be canceled. 

Manual review may delay the shipment and delivery of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

Pilot Cigar online is not responsible for typographical or image errors on our website. We reserve the right to change our terms without notice and at any time. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to comply with all local and state tobacco laws and regulations regarding tobacco purchasing and payment of taxes.

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from this website. We use a 3rd party verification company to verify your age.

RETURN POLICY:

Pilot Cigar offers 100% customer satisfaction with all orders. All bundles shipped from our warehouse leaves in perfect condition.  In a rare case that you received the incorrect product due to an error of us (for example, we accidentally sent the wrong product), we will accept responsibility for all shipping cost related to the return. If you doubt about the quality of our product, or if you ordered it and then decided that you don’t want it or you don’t like it. Please notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving the product with the order number and details about the product you would like to return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost when returning your item plus 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. After that, we will assign you and RMA number that you should mark it clearly on the package sent to us.  Any returned item must be sent to us in its original box or bundle. Once you return is received, we will inspected and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We do not accept returns if the bundle has been open or the customer does not like the cigar. If you like to try out a cigar, we offer samples of our cigars before buying the whole bundle.Pilot Cigar will not take responsibility for missing, stolen packages or other person rather than buyer receiving the package at address provided by costumer after our carrier has declared the package “Delivered” 

Package returned to us marked (Undeliverable, Refused, Unclaimed and Prohibited) or otherwise, are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the shipping cost by the customer will not be refunded. (This is solely to recoup our losses from charges we incur when this happens).
